 Wow! What a wild, crazy and magical journey we are all on!!! As we each expand our Consciousness through our Universal Heart to see, feel and understand so much more than we could before, we are able to reach new depths of LOVE, FREEDOM, JOY, PEACE and BLISS from deep inside! Everything feels Magical and Exquisite as we are literally High on LIGHT and fully connected inside, as Source (Creator) Consciousness! It is from this overflowing well of LIGHT and JOY where we can see clearly, as we consciously create, build and accomplish ALL NEW realities and projects and open New Portals of Opportunities Aligned on a Soul-Level. ... And... all that is in the way of us living in an expanded state fully, is seen, felt and experienced as we contract back down and do the deep inner work to clear it from our body's template, cellular memory and DNA. This can feel extremely uncomfortable and triggering as we experience the "shock and trauma of the separation" still held inside, showing us where we are still bound to the old ways, old programs and old beliefs from the 3D Matrix... Learning to navigate through our expansions and contractions is an artistry and requires deep listening to our Heart-Soul as we honor what's highest aligned in each moment. May this be your "permission slip" to prioritize your self, your needs and your emotional and physical well-being, so that you can maintain (or come back to) your Soul's natural and expanded state of Pure Peace and Pure Joy inside. Play with what supports you in opening your Heart more and building your Light (energy), as well as what supports you with clearing and breaking old patterns and programs so you can prioritize these when you feel, see or need. Some tools that I use to assist me in continuing to open my Heart more, replenishing my Light and raising my body's vibration out of an "old program or pattern" are swimming in the ocean, taking a hot bath with magnesium flakes, drinking a warm nourishing cup of Cacao, laying on Gaia and allowing the sun's SOULar rays to fill me up with Light, receiving a massage to assist my body and muscles with relaxing and letting go, stretching my muscles (moving the grids in my body) and walking barefoot on Gaia as I re-connect and re-merge my Consciousness with hers. The more we expand our Consciousness, keep our Hearts wide open and maintain an abundance of Light overflowing from the inside out, the more we are inspired to create ALL NEW ways as we each build our own foundation for all new New Earth Realities in the here and now!  In order to truly see beyond the veils and illusions... we must consciously choose to take off our "Rose Colored Glasses"... In order to see through the facade, persona and masks that people portray... we must consciously choose to take off our "Rose Colored Glasses"... In order to see the pain and suffering underneath the surface... we must consciously choose to take off our "Rose Colored Glasses"... In order to clearly see the lies, deceit, manipulation and abuse of power... we must consciously choose to take off our "Rose Colored Glasses"... In order to see beyond the 3D Matrix... we must consciously choose to take off our "Rose Colored Glasses"... In order to see the truth... we must consciously choose to take off our "Rose Colored Glasses"... In order to remember our Galactic Heritage and all the experiments, "star-wars" and "power games" we participated in... we must consciously choose to take off our "Rose Colored Glasses"... In order to dive deep into the Soul work and reclaim rejected aspects of ourselves, heal old childhood wounds and clear karmic cycles... we must consciously choose to take off our "Rose Colored Glasses"... In order to admit to ourselves that we've "acted out" and played the various roles of the perpetrator and victim, abuser and abused, manipulator and manipulated... we must consciously choose to take off our "Rose Colored Glasses"... In order to forgive, accept and LOVE ourselves for ALL that we are... we must consciously choose to take off our "Rose Colored Glasses"... In order to open up and accept that we are Multi-Dimensional BEings... we must consciously choose to take off our "Rose Colored Glasses"... In order to clear, dissolve and resolve all of our traumas, programs, limiting beliefs and conditioning from deep inside... we must consciously choose to take off our "Rose Colored Glasses"... In order to see clearly, we each must go through immense purification processes... Letting go of shame, guilt, fear, anger, resentment, sadness and judgement... Clearing all distortions, programs, patterns, limiting beliefs, emotions and toxins from our body's cellular memory, DNA and templates... And dissolving the old structures, constructs, grids and systems still held in place within our body's cellular memory, DNA and templates too... Once we take off our "Rose Colored Glasses"... we stop believing everything we're told... Once we take off our "Rose Colored Glasses"... we can NOW see beyond the veils and illusions.... Once we take off our "Rose Colored Glasses"... we are Sovereign and FREE because we are no longer bound to the old illusions that once kept us "trapped in bondage"... Once we take off our "Rose Colored Glasses"... we can laugh at the cosmic joke of it all... It takes each one of us to continue expanding our Consciousness and doing the deep inner work, so we can shatter and break through all the veils and illusions from deep inside... Allowing our Inner Freedom to Rise Up... As we Reclaim our Power... Speak our Truth... And Consciously Create all NEW Realities with New beliefs and values that are Soul-Aligned... May this be an invitation for you to "take off your Rose Colored Glasses" too... When you're ready, ask your Heart-Soul to dissolve and remove all the veils from deep within... Keep your Heart open, stay fully connected inside and continue expanding your Consciousness, as you allow yourself to see that which was right in front of you, yet you couldn't actually see it clearly before... P.S. Sometimes seeing beyond the veils and illusions can be challenging, confronting or triggering as you move through the various layers inside... So honor whatever feelings or emotions that arise, allow yourself to feel them fully and then give them an outlet of expression such as breathing deeply, crying, screaming, dancing, swimming or walking barefoot on Gaia to support you in moving these feelings and emotions out of your body so you can continue to expand and see more through your Heart-Soul ❤️ InJOY the Pure Peace and Inner-Freedom that arises from deep within, as you finally "take off your Rose Colored Glasses" and see everything 💜 With SOul Much LOVE and Appreciation,
Marissa  The pure beauty of Light Codes streaming through a tree canopy... Light is everywhere when we are fully present, deeply connected inside and conscious of everything around us (in our field) too. I could have very easily walked past the brief moment the Light shined through the tree covering, yet I consciously chose to pause and play with the various ways the Light was expressing itself with every slight movement I made and had a blast taking photos and seeing what cool creations I could capture. Are you rushing through your day, closed off to the magic that is available right in front of you?
