Potassium is an essential mineral that works with our body's electrical system and helps ensure our muscles, heart and nerves are all functioning properly. It can help regulate blood pressure, prevent muscle cramps and more. I eat potassium rich foods like bananas and avocados as much as possible, yet also use this liquid potassium when my body asks for more potassium too. |
