Natural Holistic Supplements to Support Your LightBody

Here are some supplements I've found that truly support my LightBody in a variety of ways... See/feel if any of these might support you too...

Liquid Magnesium

The first time I took liquid magnesium, my monkey mind stopped racing, self-judgement disappeared, my heart expanded, I experienced more inner peace and love... and I felt like I was floating in a dream without a care in the world...
Our body naturally produces magnesium, yet most of us are deficient and need to find alternative ways to ingest more. Magnesium supports the muscles with relaxing and letting go of tension stored in the body (tension creates resistance and prevents the free-flow of light energy, as well as blood and oxygen throughout the body). Remember, the heart is a muscle too, so it also assists our heart with releasing the armor/walls of protection around it so it can open and expand more.

Liquid Schisandra

Schisandra relaxes our nervous system and calms anxiety, stress and fear held in our body's consciousness, which supports the body with achieving homeostasis and feeling pure peace inside. It also balances our hormones, stabilizes our mood and creates a feel-good response.

Liquid Turmeric
