Movement can be a super supportive tool for moving feelings, emotions, energy throughout our body as well as restoring calm and balance to our nervous systems, opening our Hearts more and creating more spaciousness where there was tightness, tension, discomfort or pain before too…. With the frequencies digging deeeeeeeep into any and all separation left inside… I’ve been turning to movement a lot more, putting on a song to dance to and moving my body in a way that accesses the old stuck energy… and moves it through and out of my body… Sometimes this looks like stretching, shaking, dancing, a combination of these and/or something entirely different… (Usually with lots of shaking the root loose (ie hips and butt))… Yet all with a focus of bringing conscious breathe, presence and movement to clear out any old stuck energy and open up more space inside for Light Energy to flow more freely… If/when you feel movement might support you with processing or moving through whatever arises, may this be an invitation to put on some music that supports you with opening your Hearts even more… Close your eyes, connect and BEcome ONE with your body and what it needs… and move in unison with your body in a way that supports moving the energy… As you move, feel your body opening up as you create more flow and spaciousness inside… Remember, it’s not about how we look… and there’s definitely not a “script” or “how to”… It’s a deeply Sacred Practice between us and our body to create more movement and flow where there might have been suppression, stagnation, tension or stuckness before… Simply ask your body what it needs, listen, feel and move with your body in a way that supports moving the energy… Remember, energy is not ‘ours’ to hold onto… Energy is meant to be in-motion (ie e-motion… in-motion… energy in-motion)… So let it move… Give it an outlet of expression… Your body will thank you… Your energy will thank you… And you may even feel LIGHTer, FREEer and inspired too… PS Sometimes I lovingly tap, or more strongly tap/hit areas with my fists where there’s a build up of tension that needs to be released, especially around the hips and glutes… Yet listen to what your body needs and do that… I’m simply sharing what supports me, so you can open up to explore what supports you… With SOul Much Love, Appreciation and Respect,
