Free Your Mind...

The lyrics "Free your mind and the rest will follow" have been playing inside on repeat for the last couple of weeks as a reminder that what's going on in our head initiates a chain reaction (ie response) for how the rest of our body experiences everything in our inner world, which then ripples out through our outer world too...

When our mind is open and receptive to Higher Guidance and Higher Mind Consciousness, our body follows and is open, receptive, peaceful, calm and stable inside...

Yet when our mind is closed, it's fixed, limited, chaotic (ie monkey mind) and in survival mode with stories the ego makes up... then our body follows by locking down, which creates resistance in the body and we lose access to the Higher Realms... which feels like hell...

It sounds super simple... and as a Higher Self it is... yet as a lower self where there's still separation inside, it's beyond challenging... which is where more inner work is required to dig deeper through any and all limiting beliefs, fixed linear constructs (ie where we're not open to bending and flowing with everything as it changes) and release any suppressed emotions (which is just energy) that is bottled up inside...

May this be a reminder for us all, myself included, to continue to "free our minds" so the rest can follow as we continually align ourselves and our energy with the Higher Realms...
