Breaking Up...

What if we looked at all the old everything as something to “break up with”?  We use the words “let go” and “clear” etc… Yet the energy of Consciously “breaking up” feels different and empowering... Where we each have to intentionally and continually break up with old versions of ourselves… with old patterns… with old identities… with old behaviors…. To truly let it go and clear it… So that we can continually evolve, grow and BEcome New Higher Versions in every now moment...

I was inspired by a song I heard recently with the lyrics "Break up with everything that you don't need" by Michael Franti, and have really dove deep into all the ways that I'm actively breaking up with old versions of me... And felt to share this different perspective with you in case it supports and empowers you with seeing things in a Whole New Light too… 

Here are some questions I’ve been asking myself if you feel to ask them to assist you with continuing to break up with old everything as well:

What old identities are you breaking up with? 

What old versions are you breaking up with?

What old programs are you breaking up with?

What old beliefs are you breaking up with? 

What old behaviors are you breaking up with? 

What old patterns are you breaking up with?

What old mentalities are you breaking up with? 

The unraveling of the old within us is a never-ending journey through ourselves... And this Full Moon in Capricorn is gifting us all an opportUNITY to go much deeper within and "break up" with old versions of ourselves (ie our ego aspects)...
