 What if there was no such thing as time? What if the past, present and future all existed in this now moment? And time was just an illusion created to separate us from living fully in this present moment… connected to everyone, everything and all possibilities of creation… And what if time was an illusion created to give our power away to something outside of ourselves… rather than fully trust our inner-connection and inner-knowing… I woke up in the middle of the night a couple nights ago, looked at my phone and it said 1:45am… And then what felt like 30 minutes later the phone said 11:43pm… And then what felt like 20 minutes later the phone said 12:51am… And then what felt like forever, the phone said 1:45am again… As if no time had passed… and yet I had gotten up, stretched and moved my body for a long while, went to the bathroom, ate some bananas and tossed and turned for a bit without any sleep… and what felt like an eternity, no “time” had technically passed according to my phone, yet rather went backwards and/or stood still… It definitely felt trippy to experience… And yet my Higher Self had taken me through a whole experience to teach me that “time doesn’t exist, it’s just an illusion” several years ago… So while it’s trippy to experience, I also know in my Heart-Soul that my body is simply clearing the limits of linear time… So Happy Day Out of Time! Marissa Ithara O'Neil  What if we looked at all the old everything as something to “break up with”? We use the words “let go” and “clear” etc… Yet the energy of Consciously “breaking up” feels different and empowering... Where we each have to intentionally and continually break up with old versions of ourselves… with old patterns… with old identities… with old behaviors…. To truly let it go and clear it… So that we can continually evolve, grow and BEcome New Higher Versions in every now moment... I was inspired by a song I heard recently with the lyrics "Break up with everything that you don't need" by Michael Franti, and have really dove deep into all the ways that I'm actively breaking up with old versions of me... And felt to share this different perspective with you in case it supports and empowers you with seeing things in a Whole New Light too… Here are some questions I’ve been asking myself if you feel to ask them to assist you with continuing to break up with old everything as well: What old identities are you breaking up with? What old versions are you breaking up with? What old programs are you breaking up with? What old beliefs are you breaking up with? What old behaviors are you breaking up with? Marissa Ithara O'Neil  Liberation Gateway I feel like this Sirian Gateway has been all about Liberation… Inner Liberation that is… Which then leads to Outer Liberation, once we’ve held the frequency of Inner Liberation long enough… and have been Consciously breaking our old patterns, habits, behaviors and programs… and are Consciously creating all new behaviors, responses and actions that counter-act and replace the old ones… Inner liberation feels spacious… because the old limits, barriers, constraints, restrictions and programs aren’t in the way anymore… Inner Liberation feels expansive… because we have broken free from the old conditioning and are returning to a Remembered State inside… Inner Liberation feels like a deeply intimate and Sacred Process... As this is a part of why we all came here... Inner Liberation is possible when we are no longer unconsciously reacting to a trigger or program as an auto response… And instead have Reclaimed Our Power to Consciously Choose how to respond and show up as a Higher Self… Inner Liberation is about returning to an Empowered State of Consciousness… Where we are Consciously Creating every experience from a place of peace, love, joy, balance, stability and power… When we truly experience Liberation from the inside out, it feels like the biggest gift we can share with ourselves, each other and the world!
