 Sharing this beautiful wave of Rainbow Light as a reminder that there is so much more that’s right in front of us, yet is not always visible (mostly because we don’t want to see it or we’re not open to seeing it... (ie our heart is closed...))… May this be an invitation/reminder for us all to truly be open, ready and willing to feel, see and observe that which has been hidden and is now coming to Light, especially through this Powerful Eclipse Season… As what is being illuminated for each one of us is a gift, blessing and opportUNITY to truly change our old distorted ways, habits, responses and patterns from the inside out… Focus on getting your body’s vibration as high as possible so you can move through all with as much Conscious Awareness and as a Higher Self as possible... Marissa Ithara O'Neil  Movement can be a super supportive tool for moving feelings, emotions, energy throughout our body as well as restoring calm and balance to our nervous systems, opening our Hearts more and creating more spaciousness where there was tightness, tension, discomfort or pain before too…. With the frequencies digging deeeeeeeep into any and all separation left inside… I’ve been turning to movement a lot more, putting on a song to dance to and moving my body in a way that accesses the old stuck energy… and moves it through and out of my body… Sometimes this looks like stretching, shaking, dancing, a combination of these and/or something entirely different… (Usually with lots of shaking the root loose (ie hips and butt))… Yet all with a focus of bringing conscious breathe, presence and movement to clear out any old stuck energy and open up more space inside for Light Energy to flow more freely… If/when you feel movement might support you with processing or moving through whatever arises, may this be an invitation to put on some music that supports you with opening your Hearts even more… Close your eyes, connect and BEcome ONE with your body and what it needs… and move in unison with your body in a way that supports moving the energy… As you move, feel your body opening up as you create more flow and spaciousness inside… Remember, it’s not about how we look… and there’s definitely not a “script” or “how to”… It’s a deeply Sacred Practice between us and our body to create more movement and flow where there might have been suppression, stagnation, tension or stuckness before… Simply ask your body what it needs, listen, feel and move with your body in a way that supports moving the energy… Remember, energy is not ‘ours’ to hold onto… Energy is meant to be in-motion (ie e-motion… in-motion… energy in-motion)… So let it move… Give it an outlet of expression… Your body will thank you… Your energy will thank you… And you may even feel LIGHTer, FREEer and inspired too… PS Sometimes I lovingly tap, or more strongly tap/hit areas with my fists where there’s a build up of tension that needs to be released, especially around the hips and glutes… Yet listen to what your body needs and do that… I’m simply sharing what supports me, so you can open up to explore what supports you… With SOul Much Love, Appreciation and Respect,
Marissa Ithara O'Neil  I had this powerful aha moment where I realized that I am the one creating every experience, every feeling, every reflection, every response, every everything… And while I’ve “known this”… This sobering realization felt different… I felt it in my whole body… While simultaneously seeing every inner-action and experience in my life up until that moment, and how I ‘played the roles’ in creating it all (both consciously and unconsciously)… And then felt a surge of energy flood through my body… Accompanied with the feeling of empowerment and the realization that if I created everything in my life up until this moment, then what is possible to create from this moment forward through Conscious Awareness…? Anything and Everything… So I created this phone screen saver as a Reminder to continually be in the question of “What Am I Creating”?… And am loving how it really focuses my energy and awareness… Looking at and asking more questions like: What is this feeling creating? What is this response creating? What is this idea creating? What is this decision creating? What is this action creating? May this inspire you to create something that supports and empowers you with what you’re focusing on and desiring to bring more Conscious Creation into… And Remember, we all have the power to create anything… So what are you Consciously choosing to create in each now moment? Marissa Ithara O'Neil  Light Illuminates Everything… So let it… Allow it… Embrace it… Thank it… Surrender to it… Allow Light to permeate through your whole body and BEing... Filling you up with White Golden Light... Reaching far and wide... And into the depths and core of your BEing... Traversing any and all tiny crevices or holes that may have once been hidden, rejected, abandoned or left in the dark... And providing an opportUNITY to bring more Love, compassion, caring and acceptance to these aspects... Can you allow the Light to illuminate these places inside of you...? Without resistance...? Without judgement...? Without making it mean anything about you...? Can you sit with these aspects that are begging for your attention...? And give yourself the space to feel whatever arises as you do...? No running, no avoiding, no suppressing, no numbing, no distractions... Simply BE with all of it... Feel all of it... Express all of it... And reclaim these lost parts of you... That are ready to come Home... Light Illuminates Everything... And is here to assist us all with coming Home (inside) to ourselves... Marissa Ithara O'Neil  We all have a direct line of communication within… The question is… Is it crystal clear? Or is there static on the line? Is there a strong powerful inner knowing? Or is there interference on the line creating doubt, questions or uncertainty? Does the energy feel expansive? Or does it feel restrictive/contractive? Keep observing your energy and all that's going on inside in every now moment… And if/when you ever discover static or interference on the line, pause whatever you’re doing and do whatever it takes to open your Hearts/Higher Heart again, so your direct line of communication with/as a Higher Self is a direct, crystal clear, strong and powerful inner knowing again… PS Sharing another photo below that I saw to include for those of us who are old enough to remember having a conversation with someone through two cups connected through a string... As I keep seeing that our direct line of communication with/as a Higher Self is somewhat similar to that of having crystal clear reception on a phone, whereas the line where the ego/lower self is present is full of static and interference blocking our connection and communication with/as our Higher Self...
