 Kindness Opens Hearts… Joy Opens Hearts… Presence Opens Hearts… Peace Opens Hearts… Gratitude Opens Hearts… Appreciation Opens Hearts… Love Opens Hearts… A question I'm asking myself today is "How can I help open more Hearts?" Well, first we have to become it… So as we each focus on kindness, joy, presence, peace, gratitude, appreciation, love and heart expansion… We Become Kindness… We Become Joy… We Become Presence… We Become Peace… We Become Grateful… We Become Appreciative… We Become Love… Allowing this energy to truly deepen within us… Until it becomes our natural way of being… Then we can share this energy naturally and organically through our beingness… And then all that we do as an extension of who we are as well… I've been focusing on cultivating, strengthening and deepening these energies within and invite you to join me… 💖 With SOUL Much LOVE, Appreciation and Deep Sacred Respect,

 Many of us, including myself, have been in a deep "emptying out process" since the last Full Moon… And while the period between full moons and new moons are always about an emptying out of the old energy to create space for New Energy and New Beginnings to emerge through us… This Passageway has been amplified significantly with the Partial Solar Eclipse in Aquarius and the Lunar New Year (Fire Horse Energy)… The words I keep hearing and experiencing are "Rapid Release"… And am seeing this whole Eclipse Season, which includes the weeks leading up to the first eclipse and the weeks after the second eclipse, as a "Rapid Release Passageway"… Supporting us with clearing, releasing, purging and purifying old old old wounds, memories, stories and patterns so that we can finally wipe the slate clean, start over fresh and begin anew… So may we all embrace this Powerful Passageway and intentionally utilize this supportive energy to rapidly release any and all old memories, stories and patterns so that we can transform the old energy into new energy within that feels pure and real.
